2. Our Services

Vault Catalyst provides:

• Fundraising consulting (strategy, pitch deck preparation, financial and growth planning)
• Access to investor and startup data (including publicly available insights)
• Systems setup for investor outreach (but we do not conduct investor outreach ourselves)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up to date information
• Use our data ethically and legally
• Not misuse investor and startup data for spam or unauthorized outreach
• Comply with local fundraising regulations applicable in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

4. Non-Scraping Clause

• You may not scrape, copy, extract, or republish any data from Vault Catalyst.
• Automated bots, crawlers, and data extraction tools are strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized data scraping or mass extraction attempts will result in permanent suspension and legal action.
• We actively monitor usage and block violators to protect our proprietary datasets.

5. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Vault Catalyst owns all proprietary research and data insights.
• Users may not resell, distribute, or modify Vault Catalyst's datasets without written permission.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vault Catalyst is not responsible for:

• Business decisions made based on our consulting or data
• Accuracy of investor or startup data (as it is sourced from public and proprietary research)
• Service interruptions or technical failures beyond our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in previous 1 month.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

8. Termination of Services

Vault Catalyst reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate user accounts for policy violations
• Limit access to investor/startup data in cases of misuse
• Discontinue services without prior notice in extreme cases
